	This is the largest guestroom in our Asheville bed and breakfast Inn near downtown, featuring a plush king size bed which can be separated into twin beds. Overlooking the gardens, this suite is named for Herb & Lois Marsh, the inn's renovators and former owners. This third floor retreat provides an airy, spacious treetop place with a "fire escape" balcony overlooking our gardens. An Asheville theme is seen in the art on the walls, and a sitting area with two easy chairs helps you relax after a busy day in nearby downtown Asheville. A make-up dresser area is located on the way to the ample bathroom. Marsh features a private bathroom with tub and rain shower, plush terry robes, bedside chocolates, flat screened LCD TV with DVD player, clock radio with alarm, hairdryer, plush bedding of highest quality, two bedside tables with reading lamps, iron and ironing board. Reservations Details North Lodge on Oakland bed and breakfast has a minimum of two-night reservations for the weekends. However, if you call on Thursday prior to your visit, we might be able to accommodate a one-night stay! Holidays require a three night minimum. Holidays are: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Rates are based upon double occupancy - A rollaway can be added to Magnolia, Carolina or Marsh for $35. Tax - State and County tax is 11.75% Breakfast is included with your stay - however, if you decide to leave early or not have breakfast we ask that you let us know that in advance. Cancellation Policy - Unlike most inns, we do not charge a deposit at the time you make a reservation. Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy may vary for groups, holidays and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms.
